By purchasing any product from Vision Development, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. Digital Products

All products sold by Vision Development are digital downloads. No physical items will be shipped.

Products are delivered automatically after a successful payment through our Tebex store.

3. License

When purchasing a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource on your own server(s), subject to the license provided with the product.

You may not:

Redistribute our resources.
Resell our products.
Share download links.
Leak or publicly release our files.
Claim our work as your own.
Modify and redistribute our products as your own creation.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Refunds are only considered when:

Required by applicable law.
A duplicate payment was made.
The product cannot be delivered due to an issue on our side.

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind.
Lack of compatibility clearly disclosed before purchase.
Failure to read product requirements.
Server shutdown.
User configuration errors.

5. Product Support

We provide support for:

Installation assistance.
Product-related bugs.
Configuration guidance.
Product updates when applicable.

Support does not include:

Custom development unless purchased separately.
Third-party resource issues.
Server setup unrelated to our products.
Script modifications outside advertised functionality.

6. Product Updates

Most products receive updates for bug fixes, improvements, and compatibility.

Vision Development reserves the right to discontinue updates for older products when necessary.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Maintaining backups before installing resources.
Meeting product requirements.
Keeping their server environment compatible.
Protecting their purchase credentials.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Leak our resources.
Attempt to bypass licensing systems.
Reverse engineer products for redistribution.
Sell modified versions of our work.
Use our products for illegal activities.

Violation of these terms may result in license termination without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vision Development is not responsible for:

Data loss.
Server downtime.
Loss of revenue.
Damage caused by third-party resources.
Misconfiguration by the customer.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product, where permitted by law.

Vision Development may update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of our products after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
