1. Digital Products

All products sold by Vision Development are digital goods delivered electronically. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be "returned" in the same way as a physical item.

For this reason, all sales are generally final, except where required by applicable law.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

  • Access to updates and support may be removed.
  • Future purchases may be restricted.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
